Furman students speak out in solidarity
When Furman students sponsored a “Solidarity Rally” Feb. 15 on the steps of the James B. Duke Library, an event that drew members of both the university and Greenville communities, the media was also in attendance. The Greenville News reported on the rally, which the students organized in a “showing of public opposition to the recent executive order barring Muslims and refugees from seven countries.”
