Victoria Jackson, comedian, “Saturday Night Live” personality and a regular guest on “The Tonight Show,” with Johnny Carson, has written “Not Dead Yet: A Lifetime of Handstands, Art and Poetry,” a memoir that traces her life in the wake of a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. Jackson attended Furman University in the late 1970s on a gymnastics scholarship and found her love for acting. Her book includes decades of poetry, artwork, photography (including her signature handstands) and personal stories that reflect a “life marked by humor, resilience and a steadfast commitment to pointing others toward faith.” Learn more in New Music Reporter and the “The Becket Cook Show” on YouTube.
