Nelsen speaks with FOX Carolina about G7 Summit

FOX Carolina’s Justin Dougherty turned to Furman University geopolitics expert Brent Nelsen June 16 about the G7 Summit, an annual gathering of the world’s most advanced economies. Nelsen, the Jane Fishburne Hipp Professor of Politics and International Affairs, laid out likely topics including tariffs, the Israel-Iran conflict, oil prices, Canadian diplomacy and trade, and the war in Ukraine, among other hot-button issues. Ahead of the summit, Nelsen said the meeting will be “an interesting couple of days.”
