Morris’s new novel gets promo in local news

Laura Leigh Morris, an associate professor of English at Furman University, has written a new book inspired by active shooter training she and her colleagues received at the university. As part of the launch, she’ll talk about “The Stone Catchers,” her second novel, at M. Judson Booksellers Wednesday, Aug. 20, 5:30-6:30. The event is free and open to the public.
