Compostable cutlery, developed with Furman help, makes news

Fox Carolina interviewed Mike Haubert about the compostable cutlery his Greenville company, Mosaic Color and Additives, is developing with the help of Furman’s Shi Institute for Sustainable Communities. The cutlery will be used for the first time during this weekend’s BMW Charity Pro-Am. Sustainability and waste reduction are major focuses of the tournament.
