Just Dropped: New Video Podcast on Connecting Images with Research

FDC Faculty Associate Sarah Archino  returns with another engaging Learning by Design Studio (LBD) about her multi-year faculty-led research project on visual literacy. 

This LBD focuses on integrating images and research and includes field-tested exercises to guide students through the process of analyzing an image followed by (a) connecting the image to an assigned reading or course content or (b) asking what kinds of research would be necessary to confirm the results of their analysis.
