AI in Action Lunch & Learn Series Kicks Off Feb. 6

Don’t miss the exciting launch of the FDC’s “AI in Action” series, featuring Dr. Kelsey Hample, associate professor of economics. This Lunch & Learn promises to be an engaging exploration of practical AI integration in the classroom.

Dr. Hample will demonstrate how she has successfully incorporated AI into student research projects in her department’s WR (Writing and Research) course, specifically focusing on how students document their AI tool usage in a semester-long, scaffolded assignment. This interactive session will include time for participants to dive into AI and test assignments and approaches for their own courses.

  • Date:  February 6
  • Time: 12-1 p.m.
  • Location: Duke Library, Room 203 (Pitts Room)
