Generative AI offers new possibilities for how students re-see and reshape their work. In this session, designated for FYW faculty but relevant to anyone teaching writing, we will explore practical ways to guide students in using AI during the revision process. We’ll look at scripts and prompts students can use, consider class activities that help them plan for AI-assisted revision, and discuss reflective strategies that support metacognitive growth.
