This interactive workshop introduces faculty and academic staff to Reflective Structured Dialogue (RSD), a method for fostering trust, curiosity, and understanding across differences in the classroom. Participants will experience the RSD model firsthand, explore strategies for designing dialogue-based class sessions, and reflect on how structured conversation can enhance student engagement and inclusion. Open to all, this session provides practical tools for cultivating reflective, respectful discourse among students. We will meet February 20, 2:30–4:30 p.m. in LIB043.
