In Tiny Habits: the Small Changes that Change Everything psychologist BJ Fogg offers a simple recipe or formula for translating new behaviors into successful habits to help us “find our shine” and “feel unstuck.” The secret ingredient may surprise you: Celebration! 

Come celebrate with us to share a reflective and joyful send off to the academic year at the FDC Learning Exchange on Friday, May 3 from 9:30–11:30 a.m. in the Trustees Dining Room of the Dining Hall. Interactive activities will include articulating and then sharing your “recipes” for teaching, learning, creating, and thriving, as well as micro-learning about the importance of celebration, community, and play to stay shored up for the work and rest ahead. Light breakfast and coffee will be available at 9 a.m. with lunch at 11:30 a.m.
