Favorite Activity in Greenville: Taking a bike ride down the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The trail between Furman University and downtown Greenville is easy to navigate and has several noteworthy stops like Unity Park and Hampton Station.
Favorite Greenville Restaurant: My wife and I are big fans of Papi’s Tacos. Their al pastor taco is a personal favorite.
Favorite Furman Tradition: HAVOC is a hilarious event with a great purpose. Competing students dress up in interesting costumes, sleep outside for a week, and raise money for charities of their choosing.
Best Thing about Furman: The sense of community at Furman is spectacular! It is a pleasure working with students, faculty, and staff that all share the goal of promoting a robust liberal arts education.
Best piece of advice for prospective students: Taking the time to visit college campuses makes a difference. Scheduling a campus tour is an easy way to determine if a school has the opportunities you desire in your education.
Random/fun fact about you: Prior to working in college admissions, I spent about two years working with the Walt Disney Company.
