Student Experience Endowment

The Furman Advantage guarantees students high-impact experiences through research, internships and study away. This endowed fund supports two high-impact experiences for students:

  • Interns with a financial need up to $5,000 for living expenses.
  • Students remain on campus for 8-10 weeks and perform undergraduate research with faculty members in the natural sciences, social sciences and humanities.
  • Goal: $17,500,000

This endowed fund provides support for a variety of experiences for students to engage critically with global cultures while developing transferable professional and personal skills.
