Charlotte Clearly Furman Campaign Launch

In April 2023, over 750 Furman alumni, parents, friends, and fans gathered on our beautiful campus to launch Clearly Furman, the campaign for our third century. Now, we are bringing the celebration to you by visiting cities across the US to paint the town purple!
Join us at the NASCAR Hall of Fame on February 27 to celebrate the future of Furman as we present the Furman Showcase: Back to Class without the Homework featuring remarks by Communication Studies department chair John McArthur and Julia Morris, Emmy-nominated adjunct professor and South Carolina’s 2021 Sportscaster of the Year. Learn about Furman’s investment in Communication Studies and how the popular major embarked on a redesign of courses to align with industry demands and student interests following a series of alumni surveys.
