Make plans now to join us at SCJAS Fall Workshop 2026 at The Citadel, Charleston, SC
This annual workshop will enable high school teachers and students to participate in a full day (9:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m.) of science-focused activities. Hosted by the South Carolina Junior Academy of Science (SCJAS) and Columbia College, the workshop will include hands-on activities. Registration for the Fall Workshop will open early October. Registration ($25) includes a light breakfast, lunch and participation in four sessions including the opening plenary address.

This annual meeting brings together over 500 students from throughout the state. The meeting features a distinguished plenary speaker, governor awards ceremony, oral and poster presentations, networking and the ever popular SCJAS awards ceremony

Registration fees:
SCJAS (Junior)
- Annual Meeting registration students presenting research – $35 ($25 registration fee + $10 membership)
- Annual Meeting registration non-presenting students/teachers/parents – ($25 registration fee)
