Lawrence Hilton is an Assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, where he specializes in drug and sex trafficking and complex fraud cases. Since 2020, he has served as a coach at Furman University and the lead instructor for Top Mock. A 2006 graduate of Furman with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in music, Hilton distinguished himself as a mock trial participant winning numerous outstanding attorney awards and leading Furman teams to multiple national championship appearances. Hilton earned a M.Ed. from Miami University, where he taught and served on the mock trial coaching staff that won the 2018 National Championship. While earning his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University, he reached the semi-final round at Top Gun, the one-on-one national championship for law school students.
