Fellowships are now available for Summer 2020.
The Shi Center for Sustainability offers paid fellowships that encourage students to engage sustainability in diverse ways. Fellows take a lead role in investigating and acting on a campus or community topic – honing their academic and professional skills in the process.
Fellows collaborate with university faculty, Shi Center staff, and community partners to achieve their goals. Fellowships are offered during the academic calendar year (part-time) and summer (full-time).
Students from all majors and career interests are encouraged to apply. We have supported aspiring businesspeople, lawyers, communications specialists, and journalists – to name a few – representing 21 academic majors. Sustainability literacy is an increasingly important part of all career paths.
