In addition to a required Spanish course, you have the option to take IES Abroad-taught courses and local university courses at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).<\/p>\n<p>Students can take\u00a0a preparation course\u00a0for the Diploma de Espa\u00f1ol como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) examination. Upon completion of the exam, you will receive a prestigious certificate verifying your Spanish-language abilities. As well, students can enroll in an optional internship placement and accompanying 3-credit seminar to add international work experience to your r\u00e9sum\u00e9.
