This group is based on principles of Dialectal Behavior Therapy and will introduce essential skills useful in managing emotions and behavior. Learn how to understand and reduce dysfunctional patterns in daily living. Group will focus on teaching and practicing skills rather than open discussion. Individual concerns will be utilized as an opportunity to learn and practice skills.
