Melvin Williams<\/strong> (Lowcountry, Fall 2019)<\/em>, vice president with S&ME, Inc., was appointed to the American Council of Engineering Companies\u2019 Transportation Steering Committee and the ACEC\/American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials Joint Committee, and reappointed to the ACEC Planning Cabinet.
