On October 24 2017, former U.S. Secretary of Education Dick Riley named the Public Education Partners’ Make Summer Count (Greenville County) as the winner of the Dick and Tunky Riley WhatWorksSC Award for Excellence. Finalists Camp iRock and Innovate! Intervention Program at AJ Whittenberg Elementary were also recognized.
