Department of Education (SCDE) and was developed with inputs from SCDE; New Tech Network; educators teaching in the state; and teacher preparation programs at Claflin University, College of Charleston, and Winthrop University.<\/p>\n<p>The curriculum, coursework, syllabi, and resources are open source and may be used by any college of education in the state.
