The P2X provides daily courier service to all academic and administrative departments on campus.<\/p>\n

Morning Mail Delivery & Pick Up<\/h2>\n

The morning mail route leaves the P2X once the USPS mail has been sorted, usually between 8:30 am – 9:30 am. \u00a0Seventy-five (75) stops are made in total with the courier arriving\u00a0back at the P2X\u00a0between 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm.<\/p>\n

Afternoon Mail Delivery & Pick Up<\/h2>\n

The afternoon mail route\u00a0supports a smaller number of high volume departments whose business functions require an\u00a0additional mail delivery and pick up during the day. The afternoon mail route leaves the P2X at 1:00 pm. \u00a0Twenty-five (25) stops are made in total with the courier arriving back at the P2X at approximately 2:30 pm.<\/p>\n

In an effort to work as efficiently as possible our courier sorts and delivers the mail forward on the route as it is received. \u00a0This results in same-day delivery of a significant amount of campus mail, reducing your wait time and increasing the speed of internal campus\u00a0communications.<\/p>\n

Print\/ Copy Job Deliveries<\/h2>\n

The P2X courier also delivers completed\u00a0print\/\u00a0copy work back to your department, usually on the next scheduled mail run after the work is completed. \u00a0We will be in touch with you through\u00a0email to let you know when to expect the delivery of\u00a0your completed work.<\/p>\n

Please let us know in advance, whenever possible, of any large mailings or boxes that will need to be moved so that our courier can be prepared when arriving at your department.<\/p>\n

Tip:<\/strong> \u00a0The P2X functions as the campus\u00a0resource\u00a0for inter-office envelopes. \u00a0If you have a large number accumulating in your department, our courier would be happy to bring them to the P2X for storage and re-distribution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
