RP is a powerful tool that fosters stronger relationships within communities by equipping individuals with the skills to address conflict, repair harm, and ultimately build trust. It seeks to foster the ability to communicate across conflict.\u00a0 Participants reported leaving the sessions feeling inspired, confident, and hopeful.
