Over the course of 18 months, Waters, CEO of Capita, will collaborate with the 18-member cohort on a program that aims to drive policy and political agendas around the success of children and families. Waters founded Capita in 2018 with Furman alumni Brandon Hinman &#8217;03 (philosophy) and Grady Powell &#8217;03 (economics).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capita.org\/\">Capita<\/a> is a creative space that explores how cultural and social transformations affect young children.
