In 2007, the two-time U.S. Women&#8217;s Open champion founded <a href=\"https:\/\/golfforeafrica.org\/\">Golf Fore Africa<\/a>, a foundation that has raised over $16 million and has helped fund a medical clinic in Rwanda, homes in Lesotho, supplies for schoolchildren, and, through a partnership with World Vision, clean water systems for Zambian villagers living in extreme poverty. Her latest goal is to raise $5 million over the next three years to bring clean water to 1.2 million villagers.
