Estrada, a communication studies and Asian studies graduate, credits her connections with family and community for paving the way for the purchase of Ruiz Tires. After graduating, the &#8220;Dreamer,&#8221; joined the staff of Hispanic Alliance as outreach coordinator and took an entrepreneurship class sponsored by SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives), where her dream of owning a business began to take shape.
