With nearly 16 percent of Greenville&#8217;s elementary schoolchildren of Hispanic heritage, the need to create a learning environment where they can thrive is increasingly vital to the community, she says. &#8220;We, as citizens, all are responsible for creating equal opportunities for high-quality education for our future leaders.
