The mission for these \u201cstudents serving students\u201d is to be a proactive governing body that represents Furman\u2019s diverse undergraduate population and contributes to the positive development of the university community.<\/p>\n<p>Elections for the 49th Executive Council took place March 28-29, and Class Officer elections wrapped up April 11-12.<\/p>\n<p>The newest members of 2019-20 Executive Council are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>President<\/strong>:\u00a0 Jesse Tompkins \u201920 of Irmo, South Carolina, philosophy and communication studies<br \/>\n<strong>Vice President<\/strong>:\u00a0 Davis Cousar \u201920 of Anderson, South Carolina, economics and politics and international affairs<br \/>\n<strong>Treasurer<\/strong>:\u00a0 Emily Tuten \u201920, of Columbia, South Carolina, politics and international affairs<br \/>\n<strong>Secretary<\/strong>:\u00a0 Tripp Owen \u201921, of Cayce, South Carolina, chemistry<\/p>\n<p>Class officers elected for the 2019-20 academic year are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Class of 2020<br \/>\n<\/strong>President: Jaylon Goodwin of Columbia, South Carolina, biology<br \/>\nVice President: Barrie Clark of Raleigh, North Carolina, health sciences<br \/>\nTreasurer: Lizzie Melton of Greenville, South Carolina, health sciences and Spanish<br \/>\nSecretary: Annah Love of Gaffney, South Carolina, Spanish and art<\/p>\n<p><strong>Class of 2021<br \/>\n<\/strong>President: Cameron Langsett of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, economics<br \/>\nVice President: Hayden Braun of Spartanburg, South Carolina, biology<br \/>\nTreasurer: Rasha Abulhaj of Cornelius, North Carolina, Chinese studies<br \/>\nSecretary: Max Dudley of Phenix City, Alabama<\/p>\n<p><strong>Class of 2022<br \/>\n<\/strong>President: Addison Smith of Monroe Georgia<br \/>\nVice President: Eli Titherington of Weddington, North Carolina<br \/>\nTreasurer: Ben Meyer of Raleigh, North Carolina, biology<br \/>\nSecretary: Rosie Kim of Westland, Michigan, business administration<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact Jessica M.
