The article refers to a study in the Urban Institute, \u201cRapid Growth in Medicaid Spending and Prescriptions to Treat Opioid Use Disorder and Opioid Overdose from 2010 to 2017,\u201d which Winiski authored with three other members of the Health Policy Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Winiski, who graduated from Furman last year with a degree in health sciences and mathematics-economics, is a research assistant in the Urban Institute\u2019s Health Policy Center.
