Apart from managing a city of 225 full-time employees, she&#8217;ll lead the charge in developing the city&#8217;s 2020 strategic plan.\u00a0\u201cOutside of that,\u201d she said, \u201cI\u2019ll be doing a lot of listening. We have a city that\u2019s doing well in all areas and is financially viable.
