The program is sponsored by Furman\u2019s Chief Diversity Officer, The Malone Center for Career Engagement, Center for Inclusive Communities, The Riley Institute, Furman Office of Innovation &amp; Entrepreneurship, Furman University NAACP, Furman Division of Student Life &amp; Academic Affairs, and Student Diversity Council.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson\u2019s talk will provide insight into the current understanding of diversity and inclusion by discussing the role of identity and culture as important facets of leadership in a global marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>He regularly addresses universities and executive management teams at Fortune 500 companies on topics such as leadership, team-building and surviving while thriving in the workplace. A regular contributor to CNN and other media outlets, Jackson has presented at top tier colleges including the University of Michigan, Harvard, Morehouse and Tufts, as well as consulted with corporations such as American Express, J.P. Morgan, Eli Lilly and General Electric.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson holds a bachelor\u2019s in business administration from UNC Chapel Hill and a master\u2019s from Harvard Business School.
