Wade, the 1973 landmark decision handed down by the United States Supreme Court on the issue of the constitutionality of laws that criminalized or restricted access to abortions. Furman University Professor of Politics and International Affairs Glen Halva-Neubauer offers his opinion in an article appearing in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kansascity.com\/news\/politics-government\/article214820175.html\"><strong>Kansas City Star<\/strong><\/a>.
