Winning top prize is Make Summer Count, a program of Public Education Partners in collaboration with Greenville County Schools and Scholastic, Inc., which aims to reduce summer reading loss.<\/p>\n<p>Also featured were runners up&#8211;Camp iRock, an initiative of United Way of Pickens County, the School District of Pickens County, and the YMCA; and <em>Innovate!\u00a0<\/em>a program built by Greenville County&#8217;s A.J.
