Trump\u201d when he speaks at the university\u2019s High Noon fall lecture series Wednesday, October 25.<\/p>\n<p>His talk begins at noon at the Upcountry History Museum-Furman. It is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Has President Trump changed the direction of American foreign policy? What has changed, and what has remained the same?
