But his face-to-meetings late this week with NATO and European leaders could be his toughest test, according to an <a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/administration\/335033-the-memo-trump-seeks-fresh-start-with-wary-europe\">online article by <em>The Hill<\/em><\/a> that quotes Furman Political Science Professor Brent Nelsen. \u201cI would say that everyone is trying to get along as well as possible.
