Vuksta, Director of Auxiliary Services for Furman, looked to the firm because of its commitment to using locally and regionally sourced foods, its waste reduction policies, and the firm&#8217;s willingness to listen and provide creative menu adjustments. And most important, the food tastes great as evidenced by the growing numbers of diners that file in from the Woodlands and OLLI.
