Beginning April 3, concert goers can get up to four free tickets at the Timmons Arena box office.\u00a0 Tickets can also be delivered by mail by contacting the Timmons box office at 864-294-3097.<\/p>\n<p>The event is sponsored by Furman\u2019s Jazz Studies program.<\/p>\n<p>The Airmen of Note is the premier jazz ensemble of the U.S. Air Force. Created in 1950 to carry on the tradition of Major Glenn Miller\u2019s Army Air Corps dance band, the \u201cNote\u201d features 18 jazz musicians and is one of the last touring big bands.
