She is now in her sixth year at Greer Middle College Charter High School, where she teaches\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"tx\">English I, Creative Writing, Literature and Film, and SAT\/ACT prep. She is currently a student in Furman\u2019s\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"tx\">Master of Arts degree program in Education with a concentration in literacy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Alexandra Read \u201cLolly\u201d Smith \u201915 recently had an article, \u201cParents\u2019 Perspectives: Role of Schools in\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Fostering Self-Concept and Self-Esteem in Elementary School Students,\u201d published in the journal,\u00a0<\/span><em><span class=\"tx\">Psychology and Education.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tx\">Read Smith formerly served as a middle school social studies teacher.
