An understanding of the complex dynamics involved in achieving true success as a leader requires insight into one\u2019s personal leadership style and keen business acumen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The seminars offered during each WLI session include a comprehensive view of concepts and strategies, which promise to have immediate and practical application in real-world work environments.<\/p>\n<p>Described as an \u201cimmersive experience taught by esteemed faculty and accomplished business leaders,\u201d WLI seminars explore topics such as negotiation and conflict resolution, communication skills, the psychology behind success, network diversity, leadership styles, best practices for shared success, public speaking, life balance, and time management.<\/p>\n<p>The 2017 Women\u2019s Leadership Institute will be held January through May on the Furman University campus.
