Furman University has officially opened the Spinks Field House at the Eugene Stone Soccer Stadium, the final athletics project completed as part of the \u201cBecause Furman Matters\u201d fundraising campaign. The 5,300-square foot building contains locker rooms for the men\u2019s and women\u2019s soccer teams, public restrooms, a concession stand, an away team meeting space and a second story viewing deck. The building also houses coaches\u2019 offices and will serve as a meeting place for the teams, their coaches and for recruits.<\/p>\n
