It can be taught with music, bongos, rhythm sticks and bells. That\u2019s one way third-graders at Belton Elementary School and children at other Anderson County Schools are learning about cultural differences during diversity week. The injection of diversity training at Anderson County Schools was born of a project crafted by Frankie Felder, a fellow in the Riley Institute at Furman University\u2019s Diversity Leaders Initiative. &#8220;Our team came together and came up with a program to encourage young people to talk about diversity in a nonconfrontational\u2026fun way,&#8221; said Felder.
