In &#8220;How To Lead Confidently While Catching Up On Tech,&#8221; Davis, executive director of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furman.edu\/innovation-entrepreneurship\/\">The Hill Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship<\/a>, joins others on Forbes Business Council, an invitation-only, fee-based organization for successful entrepreneurs and business leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Davis offers Tip No. 13: &#8220;Lead the Learning Process,&#8221; saying, &#8220;Stop trying to &#8216;out-expert&#8217; technology and start leading the learning process. The most effective leaders focus on asking better questions, setting clear decision boundaries, and creating space for rapid experimentation. You don\u2019t need to be ahead of the tech, but you do need to be an organization that can learn and adapt quickly.
