Winner of the 2025 NACE Career Services Excellence Award for small colleges, Furman worked with Gallup in 2017 to identify ways to bolster career competencies and readiness. Among the outcomes of the collaboration with Gallup was the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furman.edu\/furman-advantage\/pathways-program\/\">Four-Year Pathway<\/a>, which spans every year of the undergraduate experience and prepares students early to enter the workforce.
