Baker, associate director of sustainability programs, dispels some common misconceptions about sustainability and communicates how The Shi Institute is tackling problems in the region. Among other roles, Baker leads the Sustainability Fellows program at The Shi Institute where students are involved in heat-mapping research, conservation efforts at Lake Conestee, education programs at Greenville Zoo, urban planning and more.
