During the 2022 mid-term elections, South Carolina ushered in a new superintendent of education, and with that, a new set of education resources from PragerU, a nonprofit media company that promotes conservative views on various political, economic and social issues.<\/p>\n
Superintendent Ellen Weaver oversaw the posting of “PragerU Standards Aligned Resources”<\/a> on the South Carolina Department of Education website. Some educators say the set of short, K-12 social studies videos are biased or contain errors.
