The composition, &#8220;Invisible Angels,&#8221; is Kilstofte&#8217;s setting of Rainer Maria Rilke\u2019s &#8220;Klage&#8221; and represents the third and latest in the composer&#8217;s series of Rilke settings. The piece was part of a summer concert, &#8220;What the Earth Says,&#8221; performed by the 32-member Vocal Arts Ensemble of Durham and directed by Rodney Wynkoop.
