--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 400\/212;\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-31722\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hannah Tyler &#8217;26 won a NATAS Student Production Award for her PSA.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Students produced the entries as part of their coursework in digital storytelling, advanced multimedia storytelling, or broadcasting \u2013 classes offered in Furman\u2019s Digital Storytelling Studio and Media Lab and taught by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furman.edu\/people\/selena-dickey\/\">Selena Dickey<\/a>, assistant professor of communication studies; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furman.edu\/people\/julia-morris\/\">Julia Morris<\/a>, WYFF News 4 sports anchor and adjunct professor of communication studies; and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furman.edu\/people\/mary-sturgill\/\">Mary Sturgill<\/a>, media specialist and instructor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s such a joy to see these students develop as storytellers throughout the semester, and then to see their good work recognized by industry experts shows the level of creativity and quality storytelling they have achieved,&#8221;
