Richards is global business director of NAI Earle Furman LLC, a commercial real estate firm in Greenville. Bowden, a communication studies and political science alumna, spoke to Richards about how the company attracts and retains young professionals and how, in an industry where people often remain in their jobs into their 80s, the company navigates the age gap.
