Nelsen, the Jane Fishburne Hipp Professor of Politics and International Affairs, spoke to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skynews.com.au\/world-news\/united-states\/polls-arent-looking-good-for-nikki-haley-in-home-state-of-south-carolina\/video\/eb4202c51a4f2c1ad1b98ee6ae9a38e2?utm_source=ground.news&amp;utm_medium=referral\">Sky News<\/a> (Australia) about Nikki Haley&#8217;s plans to stay in the race no matter the outcome. He said her motivation to stay the course may be driven by her desire to give voice to a faction of the Republican Party that is underrepresented.
