Furman&#8217;s Chandra Dillard, state representative and director of community relations at the university, spoke with <a href=\"https:\/\/mms.tveyes.com\/Transcript.asp?StationID=2725&amp;DateTime=1%2F12%2F2024+5%3A05%3A40+AM&amp;Term=Furman+University&amp;PlayClip=TRUE\">WYFF News 4<\/a>. The breakfast was mentioned again during the <a href=\"https:\/\/mms.tveyes.com\/Transcript.asp?StationID=2725&amp;DateTime=1%2F12%2F2024+5%3A09%3A53+PM&amp;Term=Furman&amp;PlayClip=TRUE\">5 p.m. WYFF broadcast<\/a>, and on the Black Information Network in New York (<a href=\"https:\/\/mms.tveyes.com\/Transcript.asp?StationID=7705&amp;DateTime=1%2F13%2F2024+8%3A30%3A35+PM&amp;Term=Furman+University&amp;PlayClip=TRUE\">WWRL<\/a>) and New Orleans (<a href=\"https:\/\/mms.tveyes.com\/Transcript.asp?StationID=13510&amp;DateTime=1%2F12%2F2024+8%3A00%3A17+PM&amp;Term=Furman+University&amp;PlayClip=TRUE\">WBOK<\/a>). Proceeds from the event support the Joseph Vaughn scholarships at the university.
